Bio-gas Inudustries, LLC. is a privately held company that has developed and patented the next generation of equipment for drying biomass products for energy production. This new technology allows for the economic and efficient drying of biomass materials for generating heat and power from renewable sources.

The Rotary dryer makes it possible to dry materials that in the past were too expensive to dry in  traditional drum or kiln dryers. Some materials due to their composition, like paper sludge, could not be dried in a drum dryer with the efficiency that made it economically feasible to be used as a viable fuel source. With the entrance of the new Rotary Biomass Dryer, waste streams that were sent to land fills can now be dried and processed as a fuel source. The total energy consumption (parasitic load) will be near 20% of the total energy produced in the gasification process.
