Gasifier
Gasification is too simple of a description for the gasifier used in the REDONA Energy System. This is a new process that has evolved through decades of research and development. This is a NIP (Non Incineration Process), there is no burning and there are no smokestacks.
To put it simply, the process used to create energy is biomass transformation using heated, oxygen free reactors and refineries to produce gaseous and liquid fuels with little to no emissions. Everything is broken down into its basic components to be reused. There is no waste stream. Water is treated and sent to a local waste water municipality. All of the unused components, including CO2, are stored and prevented from entering the surrounding environments. Again, there are no smokestacks and this is not incineration.
The gasification system is built in ISO containers to be easily mass produced and transported. The gasifier can then be interconnected with the grid and used together with local biomass to generate 20% of the energy needed for the electrical grid. If local waste streams are also used the gasifier can produce 25% of the energy needed.
