Initiatives
REDONA is exploring every possible renewable energy solution that works efficiently for the electrical grid and effectively for the environment. REDONA is also working with other Renewable start-ups, providing dollar per foot research space at REDONA headquarters in Stanstead, Quebec.
At this facility and with the other companies located in the Northeast, REDONA is moving forward with research in creating a fully independent energy grid that is manageable locally and remotely. The REDONA Energy Systems work with proven renewable technology (wind, solar, water) and new innovative technology (gasification, energy storage, smart grid). REDONA is working with small funding resources to prove these technologies.
A portion of the funding is provided by the public through the Cars for the Climate program. The public can donate their car or money to boost REDONA's Carbon Offset Program. This money is used to generate carbon neutral energy using Solar, Wind, Water and Gasification to offset the use of coal and other incineration processes to generate energy. The goal is to offset all Carbon from energy generation.
REDONA is committed to proving technology that benefits local economies and creating a new focus on energy generation that offsets the historical destruction of the environment.
